When will the delivery be done?
You can order all the materials offered on the 15th anniversary “Gratitude Sale” and the deliveries will start as and when the lock down is lifted & logitics companies starts their uniterrupted operations.
Will there be a delivery charge?
All door deliveries will be charged extra depending the size & weight of the materials ordered, however fragile materials can be picked in person from our associates in Bangalore, Chennai. Mumbai, Delhi, kolkata
What are the delivery charges?
5% of the total value of the invoice will be charges as door delivery charges for all orders above Rs.?
What will be the packing charges?
3% of the total value of the order will be charged towards packing of the materials
Will the delivery and packing charges be calculated as per offer price or actual price
All values in the offer period for the sale conducted online will calculated as per value of the offer price
Can I pick from the Store?
You will have to select the option when buying and pick it from your respective regional centres after you are informed by the respective regional team as defined above. All the other clients from cities can either opt to pick from their nearest regional centres or opt for direct delivery with extra charges as mentioned above.
Can I Track my Order?
We will revert to you with the tracking details once the order is dispatched, due to Covid 19 sitautaion we cannot promise you a 100% tracking possibility as we will use different modes of shipping.
What are the proofs required to collect my order?
Aadhar or any govt approved ID proof is accepted.
Can I collect from the pick from store, after I have booked a delivery to the address?
You will have to chose either one, and any changes will not be possible due to logistical challenges
How is the discount applied?
The discount is offered on the cost of the product exclusive of GST
How is Successive discount calculated?
The successive discount is calculated on the discounted amount.

Any payment discrepancies will have to be mutually discussed and addressed through payment gateway vendor, the clients bank or our bank.
